Hiser&lt;/a&gt; of &lt;a href="http://www.greatschools.net/modperl/browse_school/la/897"&gt;Edna Karr High School&lt;/a&gt;. Attending both grade school and college in the area, &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hiser&lt;/span&gt; started teaching in 1970 and has been at Karr since 1980. &lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Hiser&lt;/span&gt; has been the principal at Karr since 1985.
